Mahadeva (Shivrajkumar) is just out of jail and he is on a rampage to gain vengeance for all that has been done to him. He takes control of Bangalore and under him comes the land mafia, the gold mafia and all other unnameables. His quest is to free the city of corrupt politicians, and the word his mother left with him is the only thing he has to guide him next. Jogayya is the dramatic story of how he goes about bringing change while Vidhya (Sumit Kaur Atwal) awaits his love.
