Josef Marc German Roggenbrot, Rye Bread Premix 400 g

This is a classic premix ideal for preparing traditional aromatic German rye bread. This rustic mix has natural rye flour that yields authentic German style rye bread. This premix can also be used for making rye baguettes and bread rolls. Our Roggenbrot mix comes pre-measured & pre-mixed, all you need to do is add some water and yeast in the content of the package and make your hands do the rest. You can prepare it in bread machines or even go for traditional oven baking methods. The mix has high fiber content and is denser than the bread produced from using normal wheat flour.
