Pros: Powerful vibrating heads for an effective massage. The handle comes with a strong grip, so it wont slip. There are different surface fittings available with this for different kinds of massage.
Cons: Heavy. Cant operate all by yourself. Not appropriate for a head massage.

Good Massager - Relieves pain
It is huge. Almost 14" in length and the head is almost 6"x4". It does feel a little heavy as others pointed out. But yet it is weightless enough to operate by single hand or self-use.
