GOOD PRODUCT BUT BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE

i bought this product a couple of months back for basic cleansing purpose. now as far as product is concerned my observation is as follows:-

Form factor:
1. compact and cute (probably best at this price point)
2. light weight (other massager looks more like a hammer than a face massager)
3. good outer built quality

Performance:
1.plz plz dont expect it to create miraculous change (as shown in most of the ads of such products) but being said that i'd say it does a mediocre cleansing job whi...

Good things come in small packages

This is a small yet powerful product. Easy to use. Easy to clean and because of the size convenient to store as well. The motor is not too powerful but good enough to achieve a squeaky clean skin. The brush is not harsh at all so it is great for sensitive skin as well. And it is pretty silent as well. All in all highly recommended.
