Does the Job to avoid mobile usage in morning
When I set alarm in phone, After I turn off Alarm I usually end up spending time on phone 20-30 mins in morning.
So this helps me keep the phone away (in another room) both before sleeping and after waking up.
the night light is not disturbing i.e. just enough to see the time, not too much when we see time in night.
