I have bought this book little while ago.Internal medicine is well covered .though other subjects are not good specially gynecology and infectious disease .
Conrad has tried to cover the questions generally asked in exam like most probable diagnosis,best next step in management and best initial test,etc.

This book is really good for first time read or even for review purpose. Works best when done along with a qbank which would cover all the missing points from the book. Very exam oriented and to the point, a trait i personally like!

its an excellent review book for internal medicine....more like a tutorial which can make clear the basics of dignosis, next steps in management of various diseases. however its a bit short on the theory details in some aspects.
radiology and ophthalmology are too short

Book in my hand and i feel its totally empty.i am very surprised how conard fisher manage to extend 100 pages of theory into 550 pages,book is lacking in all subjects. Whats good is tht flipkart delivery is really fast
