honestly . its a lot of work.. plus leaves weird water patch after floor dries up. But should be killing all germs for sure as its steam.. Its a good equipment to play around with

Very poor
After SALES-SERVICE support is WORST , on June 2021 product is out warrenty, my request is still pending for more than 6 MONTHS and not even promised voice and update from KARCHER service team.
Also, raised a complaint with FLIPKART, but they also not even considering to help a customer and simply denying saying that product was out of warrenty.
