Let me give u the pros and cons (with a comparison to the wet and dry eureka forbes (EFs) at my sister's place.)
Pros:
1)As i said earlier, the first thing good is the cost. Less than 2k than its competitor.
2)Build quality is good and with international standards. Better than EFs.

Good product, but have some serious limitation
1. Built and quality is of international standard. In this price, no other dry-wet vaccume cleaner is available in India.
2. Very easy to clean its bucket. Very easy to open up the dust container.
3. Sufficiently long cord. You just need to have 1 power plug each room [living - 2 power plug in opposite ends]
4. One click switch on/off.
5. Powerful suction and blower.

- This sucks like a champ and blows like a wind.
- The filter is quite easy clean.
- It comes with comparatively decent accessories.
- Value for money 8.5/10.
- The attachment used to clean rugs and carpet is very good.
CONS:
- It is a bit noisy and cannot be operated without spoiling a conversation.
- Build quality of the filter needs to be improved.
- The power cable is a little smaller than I had expected.
- Another extension rod and this cold have been a perfect package.

Quality wise- the suction power and the blower power, its superb.
This one machine can fulfill all your basic cleaning needs of your home.
Cons:
Comes with limited accessories. But whatever they are giving, its sufficient.

A good product from Karcher
Been using it since September and this thing has been performing as it says on the box.
Cleaning is a breeze with this machine. The 1400W motor generates a lot of power and is able to suck out the dirt from the narrow crevices easily.

Cons:

2. Very less accessories are provided.
My observation: No need of using the paper bag at all unless you are trying to pick up cigarette ash. The container is big enough to hold any debris (wet and dry) and simple enough to empty. The internal filter is washable also, making it a perfect buy.
