Easy way to clear malware and trojan

My product is not supported my laptop

Its a fantastic antivirus but the seller is selling each piece from the 3-PC version individually. It is specifically written on the box that individual CDs are not supposed to be sold loose, but apparently the seller has no time for legal stuff.

I have got acer laptop with 3gb ram 320gb hdd and win7 home edition 32bit os. As per this software my laptop met the system requirements still my system crashes with blue screen and memory dump error. Also shutting down takes forever (more than an hour and goes on ) compelling me to do force shutdown finally.

After uninstalling the product my laptop is back as fast as before and no system error.. So I have uninstalled this product. Such a waste of money and very very disappointed.
