Expected a better product

I ordered it to put printer . Packaging was good came on time as mentioned for delivery. However when I assembled I noticed couple of things
A. Metal stands on sides and not perfectly flat and lots of weld splatter on on Stand which possess the risk of cut and was not cleaned.
B. Bolts are very short in length and I couldn't assemble one. Currently my stand is on 3 bolts which holds the top flat board.

Stand is very ordinary and it's very costly if we compare cost vs quality.
