Order 2: Bad, Earlier orders had fresh twigs but this time they sent me old twigs. Even after soaking them overnight, they remain bit dry. Thus not as useful for brushing. Please take care of quality and ensure you send fresh twigs to everyone.

Expected a better product
The neem sticks that we received are 18 in number as against the quantity of 50 that was ordered.
We are simply disappointed by this short quantity against the promised quantity.
