Pathetic product and service
Everyone need to know that the brand kenstar india is belongs to Videocon; and their service centre is one for all brands.
Now about the product, one month use ( that too 2, 3 hours per day max ) after buying this it stopped working; so called customer care for service; service man visited next day and found that motor is stopped working... Need to order and don't know when it will come... Now after 6 day I didn't got that one ... Be careful .. choose brand visely
