    Careless packing and handling Received a broken Piece

    I ordered this oven on the big billion day sale. Initialy they promissed the delivery on 14th. but they never bothered to inform about the delay in delivery. I received the item on 18th Only. To my bad I received a damaged piece. The Front door glass was boken in transit. It was hit by something from the front. I requested for a replacement immediately.
