Its a nice product... the thing that you gotta remember is that you gotta fill and drain the water storage a few times and release the steam for a few times.... if you don't do this... you will notice fragments of calcium deposits on the cloth you iron... everything else is fine and as advertised. Its a good product and is worth the price.

Value-for-money

Works well enough. But max heat is required to iron the crushes in cloth. I Have not used steam yet. Time cosumption for ironing is more to get it done properly. Overall satisfied with its performance.

A:yes it comes with steam option ( steam burst and hot jet spray both ). water is poured from front portion, it has an opening for it.
