The product quality is not very good but is useful given low cost purchase. The red and green indicator light is not reliable. The heating plate gets hot very rapidly, also you can't close the latch after placing two slice of bread.

Size is small
Though the price it was offered was tempting for 500 bucks only, yet I had to return it owing to its size . It' s very small. Can accommodate only small slices of bread. Don't have enough space to accommodate " Harvest " brand slice . Also if you are making toast by stuffing, you will find it difficult to do that. So better to purchase a toaster will a bigger size.

Wonderful
Good for making a quick breakfast but the slot for breads are small and stuffings are spilling out during locking the device... plastic body becomes hot after cooking... very light weight, connecting wire is relatively short

Fabulous!
