Worst Delivery Experience, Don't buy. it's almost 10 days i have received the product. But not installed yet. There will no support from Flipkart aswell. They don't accept for Return or Replacement also think thrice before you purchase this product.

They are forced us to give 5 star, n called me many time. Technician was not so expert, they broke my kitchen tile during installation.
And they also delay of 2 days in installation.
Otherwise product is good.

Great product
Everything was good but there is always a sound whenever it starts purifying water. I have told the technician during installation time but he avoids this issue please look into this matter

Just okay
We received a damaged product. The installation has been a nightmare. The copper filter inside is leaking and the installation executive asked for money to install. Now the return has been stalled for two weeks.

Product Service is much too much worst . I bought it one and half months before it stopped working, power is on filtration is not working. Don't buy this product and response from the service centre in banglore is more than worst to take complaint they will fix time to call them. They don't attend you for weeks . Don't waste your money

Terrific
The unit was open box delivered in time. The filter comes with an external prefilter which is an added advantage. The unit supplied with all necessary accessories.
The installation personnel was knowledged and behaved in a friendly manner.
The unit is working fine. Within 20 minutes it reached full capacity of 8 litres. Only thing is, it creates a little noise. Otherwise good and value for money.
