Very good product from Kent. Built quality is good compare to other egg boilers. Using this for almost 6 months. Gifted one to my relative as well. They too felt it as a vry good kitchen gadget. Great product
before purchasing this product I was skeptical on the boiled quality and plastic smell. but guys trust me, I got the top most quality of boiled eggs using this product. just fill the water in measuring cup till top and let the eggs boil till 20 mins.. ofcourse there will be cutoff. this product is really premium and I recommend it 101%. just go for it without second thought.

Q:I had hsed two times but both the times the upper white part is well boiled but yellow part is not boiled. i had put hard boil upto 4 level water. put down three eggs only . Please Ensure me ways ?
A:I suggest you put the egg in reverse position, such that the pointy part of the egg is near the bottom surface. i have tried by boiling 2 eggs at a time. usually takes 12 mins for hard boiled.
