Horrible
The product is simply pathetic... The indicator light issue came after 3 months of buying the product. Usage of the product is just 2 times in the week. We raised a complaint in Kent Customer service regarding this and they gave the address of service centre.. when we went there they said they only deal in KENT RO.. When we spoke to their customer service they were not aware about this.. inspite of speaking to multiple people in customer service and senior team members... NO RESOLUTION...

Q:I had hsed two times but both the times the upper white part is well boiled but yellow part is not boiled. i had put hard boil upto 4 level water. put down three eggs only . Please Ensure me ways ?
A:I suggest you put the egg in reverse position, such that the pointy part of the egg is near the bottom surface. i have tried by boiling 2 eggs at a time. usually takes 12 mins for hard boiled.

Q:Can I add salt in water for the eggs as salt helps in ease of removing egg shells after boiling, so can I add salt and boil eggs?
