Q:what is the TDS of kent purified water?
A:Kent does 80 percent of the TDS.
so for my home it was around 120.
We already have a society TDS controller. Hence I dont need TDS purification.

Q:it has huge maintenance cost?because i see all review and people said this product need extra maintenance cost than others.
A:I have been using this product from last 1 year and my experience has been fantastic and I never had any issue. In fact water taste is very good.

Q:For 1 litre of pure water, how many litres are wasted??
A:A rejecting water outlet that ejects a certain amount of rejected water(probably 1ltr pure water = 1.2ltr of rejected water).But it isn't wasted water as it can b usd for cleansing,washing etc purpose

After delivery, i get a sms from flipkart customer service that your installation have scheduled with kent technician , On the very next day, my RO has been installed.. Installation also superb. it takes maximum 20 mints. Product is superbly working. I have tested my TDS after and before using this.

Used the kent grand plus @ my home from last few years. Wonderful product with very reliable quality which you can trust. Installed the same at my new place. Prompt delivery of the flipkart as promised, installation token was generated on delivery. The service engineer was very experienced and helpful in explaining features and about the after sales services.

Kent Grand plus Installation nightmare.
Hi,
I bought Kent Grand Plus, because I am using this product for more that 3 years now, hence wanted to gift this to my in-laws in Chennai.
As usual, the product was delivered before the due date. However, nothing was done by flipkart till now( even after 5 days) regarding initiation of the product installation.
When I contacted Kent, they advised that Kent will only proceed with the installation, once they receive an installation initiation request from Flipkart.

Just wow!
I have been using Kent Grand+ for the last three years. I bought another one for my home from Flipkart. It gives cent percent pure water which is better than bottled mineral water sold in various provision stores and shops. It has many pros and only con is that its water level indicator is not clearly visible in shade and from a little distance. Kent has to improve it.

Dont know about others but it has best service in Delhi
I had the same in Chandigarh at my parents place.
Water purification is just awesome.
It can make hard tank water bit sweet and light. Awesome technology!!!!
8 litre tank is just awesome feature. No need to store water in separate container.
Maintenance of RO/ Purifier is definitely costly affair n needs lot of attention. For extra hard water pipelines, do ask Kent guy for an extra filter in water line to increase shelf life of purifier.
