Size of third filter is so small that I need to call the service agent each month. Don't know what need to be done post free service period. Even engineers are suggesting to change the third small filter as it is build up issue for this particular product.

I got not working water sensor in this water purifier so Water overflow problem occur from first day

Nice product but flow is slow.... It is not as mentioned in the manual... any way as storage is there no problem

Bought this product after lots of research but I received defective product and also at the time of installation, KENT representative took additional charges around Rs 300/- for some pipe which connects between tap and purifier, ideally that pipe should come along with product but I don't know why that was not delivered with the product. Later on after installation, very same day it started leaking, then I placed refund request with Flipkart (thanks to Flipkart for arranging refund). But KENT...

I bought this few months ago. Till now its working fine. No headache in maintenance. Just have to wash the container once in one or two months maybe.
The look is extremely pretty. Water purification is very good. User Friendly. Very good product at this range for low TDS areas.

I am satisfied with the service. Received the item as described on time. Flipcart arranged the installation and it was also done within a week. However, when the Kent technician came for installation, they asked me whether I needed the pre-filter and explained its benefits. I had never thought of this and at that moment I had to accept it for Rs 1000/.
In case you are planning to buy this product do a research about whether the pre-filter is needed and if so what is its price. Kent does not ...
