Quality of product is not good. No problem with services of flipkart. But, the quality of kent product is worst. Kent is only good for RO. The product is made in china. It stopped working twice in 2 months. Had to get it replaced. Still same situation.

Waste don't buy

At first, I was skeptical about buying the Kent turbo mixer grinder. I was evidently waiting for Hamilton and beach turbo grinder to launch and trust me that was on my list. I read the reviews for Kent and to be honest there weren’t any significant/ impactful reviews, but still I decided to go ahead because of the preset function it has, just one blender/grinder attachment, which helps in saving space ( though it’s a heave glass container). I am explicitly happy with the way it has turned out...

good product for high speed @30000 rpm blending, steaming, soup making.
The display cover comes out at the bottom due to weak adhesive.
Made in China @6839 during Diwali sale

The product was faulty,
The rubber base plate is producing extens rubbery smell,
Some sound of loose parts coming from motor portion,
I thin foil like rubber is coming out from base plate,
Pathetic experience with flip kart returns policy... flipkart is not returning back product even after 7 days... now denying for refund also.
Worse shopping site I have ever come across.
All the executive are just arranging call back only..no one is providing solutions.
Every day I am getting n no of cal...
