Keychron products come with a 12-month warranty period starting from the delivery date to the first end-user. The warranty covers defects compared to the product specifications, except for certain exceptions. It does not cover accessories sold separately, wrongful use or modifications, products not purchased from Keychron's official website, damage from unforeseen events, or batteries beyond three months. In case of a covered defect, Keychron will either repair or replace the product at their discretion. Consequential damage or indirect loss expenses are not covered. To claim warranty, the original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided along with images or videos demonstrating the issue. If a product is found to be different from what was ordered, contact Keychron within 7 days of delivery. For warranty claims, contact Keychron's customer support via email or raise a ticket. If the product cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided at the customer's expense for courier charges.
