Keynote Alphonso Mango Puree (Regular Pack)  (850 g)

Over 11 tonnes of Alphonso mangoes from our orchard (origin: Devgad) are sliced and inspected by hand to produce 5 tonnes of this limited edition, single-origin, export-grade mango pulp. Only immaculately ripe mangoes are chosen in the grading process. Mangoes which show even the slightest signs of weathering or spoilage are discarded immediately. Hailed as the most flavourful and aromatic mango in the world by top chefs and confectioners, our Alphonso mango pulp with its thick creamy texture and ambrosial aroma helps in recreating the experience of enjoying a delectable Alphonso mango in an easy to use form. Applications range from simple desserts and drinks like mango sorbets, cheesecakes, ice-cream toppings and milkshakes to more complex gastronomic wonders like souffles, eclairs, creme brulees, macarons and more.
