We are using it to put our 3 years sons clothes and it works fine, as kids cloths are not so heavy. We are able to put 3-4 t-shirts and 3-4 short or long trousers. But for adults it wont hold much more than 3 trousers or 3 saris in one hanger. But overall we are satisfied as we got it for our son.
