Reasons to claim it Duplicate:
I] Physically:
(a) Standard USB 3.0 Connectors should be Blue color, while the product sent is the grey connector, which proves it is not a 3.0 complaint drive
(b) The Product (as mentioned in the Product page) is supposed to be a Rubber body, but the product shipped is Plastic body, and has signs or cheap plastic and usage.
