Not good

This thing has severe power issue. It keeps getting brownout. I tried my computer's USB port, USB wall charger, a tabletop power supply... everything. I tried both 3.3v and 5v. I tried high ampere power supply... Nothing. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. My ESP32 dev board works fine. This one doesn't.
