About the Author
CMA, Ajay Jain, a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an Advocate of Delhi High Court, is working as a legal consultant including on Taxation matters. He has worked as a Visiting Faculty with a number of Management Institutes. Having been associated with a large number of coaching institutes and having also worked as a Corporate Trainer he has more than two decades of teaching experience that spread of his impeccable scholarship. His areas of interest include Accounting, Taxation, Costing, Finance, Law and Economics. His professional qualifications include Cost and Management Accountant (earlier known as ICWA), Master in Financial Management from Pondicherry University and LLB from M.D. University, Rohtak. Besides, he has done B.Com. (H) and M.Com from Delhi University. The way the present book is written shows his depth of knowledge.
