The colour is sea green. Not turquoise blue. It belongs to the green family rather than the blue family. But it is definitely a colour between blue and green and very very pretty. It is not entirely matte finish. It has a subtle shine called as satin finish (where the shine is less than gloss). I used it to paint my wooden coffee table, and the result is fabulous.
