Works well, day and night.

Constantly connected to power so can't comment on the battery life, but I think it should last for 4-5 hours max.

The best gift for new parents. Definitely should go for it. Worth the money you are spending.

Decent camera. Works in darkness as well. The baby and parent unit did not connect to each other (they are meant to automatically) and had to return the first one. It is working fine on the next and have the app on two phones as well.

Pros: the camera comes with a baby monitor which is very handy. You can monitor your baby directly from the baby monitor when in another room. Most of the cameras from other brands don't come with baby monitors instead you have to open the app and keep you mobile on.

Cons: 1) battery is bad, so the camera is plugged 24x7
2) the night vision is very poor for objects more than 1m distance. So you baby monitor needs to be within 1-2 m from the camera when completely dark

It doesn't amplify sound enough, not safe to bank on it
