Cooking Instructions
1. Cook Rice and keep aside 2. Fry Sliced Onions till Golden brown and keep aside 3. Cook the Gravy with 300gms Vegetables or Chicken or Meat 4. Layer, Garnish with fried Onions, Mint and Coriander Leaves, Ghee. Dum Cook for 10 more Minutes. Serve Hot and Enjoy with Chilled Raita
