The product is not the problem, the product description is
The product is good, doesn't come in box packing, they just wrap it in bubble wrap.
The product description in flipkart website says, it is a 18 speed cycle, but, what you will receive is a 6 speed cycle.
I had to return the product and flipkart was not at all helpful. It took them more than two weeks to update the product delivery status in their website.
I had to contact them through their customer care, facebook, grievance email-id and an online consumer forum.
Finally, they processed the ...
