awesome weights!!!
metal rods are strong and best quality
skipping rope is not that good but assume that it's a complementary product
gloves are of leather and can easily last for a year
overall it's a great deal to have this if you don't have time to to go to gym or for normal physic workout it's great
it's not only the weights you carry but also how you work with those weights is important.
