Product was good , delivered very lately

Product is good. As expected delivered with good package.
However product was delivered with delay. I had ordered on 28th September and expected delivery was on 10th October. I don't know why so many days are needed. Is it because of weight? Flipkart should answer this..
After following up many times with customer care, I received product on 14th October.

product quality very poor and rope broken with handle dumbbell rubber material and worst quality materials . finishing not in dumbbells .rough surface around dumbbells
