Balanced Product!!!

Al through it is showing '1 x 4 feet plain Rod' I received zigzag rod and that too small and light weight. Also after loading-up weight it takes lot of efforts to fit the screws lock provided. It needs great cleaning-up of weights rod on time to time basis.

But I'll suggest to if you are working in the gym then it's fair to use this on weekend as there are very few body parts and exercises you can perform with this stuff. Can be very helpful for Triceps and Forearms, but no major exercises.
