Terrific
I didn't knew that the LakshmiSahasranama was related to Kundlini Yoga before I read this wonderfull book. This book gives you a much more logical idea about the chakra conscept.

Good
The book suggests meditation on colour. But, On Swami in the videos says Kundalini doesn't need Colors and it's impractical for practitioners.
