There are two sides in the mattress, one is hard and the other one is soft, but I feel no difference. Both have the same feel.
Actually I wanted to return this product after I felt that using it is not comfortable enough, but unfortunately the return date was passed.

The bed on firm side is also not comfortable.. body pains upon waking up.

Must buy!
The product from kurlon is a very good product... absolutely doesn't matter who says what however u can order this product without any hesitation...I have reservations with Flipkart however and their services are below average which is a different matter however the product is excellent...go for it
