Does the job
This shade is a lighter version of Blue Heaven Elegance matte shade 7. Soft matte, doesn't give complete powdert matte finish, transfers little, not long lasting. Shade looks beautiful.

This is an amazing shade! it goes with every skin tone. And, it covers the pigmented lips beautifully, as you can see it has covered mine!Honestly, this isn't completely transfer proof and feels a bit sticky but not heavy on lips at all! ❤ perfect shade and stood on my expectations!
