For colour, M423, from the seller super comnet, I received a well packed and undamaged lipstick. Was relatively new too, in terms of mfg. I got exactly the same shade as displayed in the image.
Now coming to the shade, it's a dark and beautiful shade, one swipe is more than enough to get the deep brownish maroon kind of hue. I just loved it.
