LAMITRA Menstrual cups are currently the most economical menstrual product available. The cup is made entirely of Medical Grade Silicone and in a FDA approved facility. They are designed to be inserted into your vagina and can hold up to 30 ml of blood without any risk of leaking. We bleed about 20 ml per day on average, and the cup has a minimum capacity of 16 ml of blood depending on the size of the cup that is best suited for you. You can loosen up and only check on the cup once every 8 hours. There is no reason to take it off while peeing or doing anything else, including swimming.
