Battery health became critical within 3 months of usage. And I am not being able to contact the seller via flipkart. Even though the warranty period is of 12 months

this is not an original battery,thus too over priced. thus even 1 star is too much for the product. dont buy this product, its a wastage of money. its of some unknown company called lappy power, god knows where that company is. very bad product , so dont buy it ever.
