Q:will it work on compaq presario cq1-1230?

Q:is this charger with both side wire life plug with witch and laptop connector??
A:My laptop is Asus K53s which adapter requires 19Vand 4.7A and Laptrust says their adaptor has 19V volt and 4.7A but if you check buy multimeter it shows only 16.3 volt. it's not charging my laptop
