Lead-Free solder wire is an ECO-FRIENDLY ROHS COMPLIANT LEAD FREE SOLDER WIRE LF-3 contains Sn (TIN) 99/ Ag(Silver) 0.3/ Cu(Copper) 0.7 Flux% :- 2.50±0.20% for RMA type 1.50±0.25% for No clean. Hence this particular wire is RMA TYPE, that is ROSIN CORED SOLDER WIRE. MELTING POINT - 227Cº SPECIFIC GRAVITY - 7.39 WORKING TEMP (On tip)- Should be 380 – 400 Cº SPREAD FACTOR - More than 90% SWG/ GUAGE - 18 (1.21 mm) Flows like old Sn/Pb Solder Excellent soldering with good wetting and low spattering. Flux classified as RMA type / No clean in accordance with the spec QQ-S-571F. Capable of high quality soldering on any electronic device.
