Good device Broke down after 2 years

The projuct is amazing. Thanks flipkart for a faster delivery. I would like to have few things updated in next avtar of this laptop
1. Speakers to be placed on top and enhanced output.
2. Backlit keyboard
3. Display with 179 degree viewing angle with more colors.

Everything is good but only concern is keyboard it's bit hard to type...

I have been using product for last 1 week. And its amazing. Sharing my experience and facts.
Pros:
- Premium look, ultra thin and light (like Macbook air)
- Best in its class display (full HD, 1080p)
- keyboard and track pad are smooth (update windows first time)
- windows 10 anniversary edition.. its cool
- Backup is great (100-0% 9hrs)
- Charging is average .. takes 5 hrs from 0-100% (while laptop off)
- its always cool, no heating issues

HONEST UPDATE AFTER 35 DAYS OF USE:
No problems whatsoever. Working very fine. Using about 4 to 5 hours a day. To increase volume use Google Chrome extension 'Volume Booster' from store. Volume is really loud. My earlier review below still holds good. (Please note: I am a genuine customer and not employee of Lava or anyone).

Pros
1. Display is good
2. Battery life is very good
3. Performance is smooth till you don't do multitasking
4. Looks like a premium laptop my friends thought that I have purchased a Mac book.
Cons
1. Memory is less after updating to current windows you will get around 11 GB only should have provided with 64 or 128 GB internal.
2. The charging time would be 6 to 8 hours to full charge from 0 to 100%
3. If you don't use a screen protector you will get scratches on your front side.

Works well if you want a secondary portable good looking lap. It will not disappoint if you stick to simple working. Large softwares and games won't work properly and will slow it down. Also MS office is not pre installed, which was a big let down. Battery works for 7-8 hrs. Little less if you are browsing continuously. Screen is a high point. My feedback on lava HELIUM NETBOOK I say netbook as this will differentiate a lot of things.
1.The device is super thin the looks of a typical netbook but impressed as this comes from lava A pleasing intro, it's sturdy compare with jumper ebook no flex in its body at all.

Using this for a few days now.
Its the perfect 2nd laptop for people who mostly use office applications on the run along with some surfing and watching videos / movies. Its light and good looking. I experienced a slight lag but that's as per its specifications - is not an issue for most activities that you will do. I use an i5 Intel chip/4GB RAM combination primary laptop and recently damaged it while travelling...its old and heavier. So that now is my perfect desktop :)
