It's now over a month since I bought this phone from flipkart. I've always been a Nokia user so switching to an Android phone took a lot of thinking. Anyway my only purpose of purchase was to check emails and watch videos, so looked only for a budget phone. From that perspective, this phone delivers. good product at this price. entry level android phone. nice volume clarity of phone calls. head phones are not upto mark. no any sensor with mobile so screen wont get off when you keep mobile lose to ear when receive call. ant run heavy mobile games like temple run 2 or subway surfer. screen clarity is good. if budget is limited go for this mobile

I bought this LAVA 401e & very satisfied with it, You can play any game on it, by getting it through google play store. Everything is perfect only the camera to take pics at night is not manageable. The handset, the color, the body, the graphics...satisfied.... Overall perfect!!!! Just Go for it.....

Download a memory/cache cleaner for better performance of the set..

Pretty nice in looking... Touch is not that delight.. Battery backup is ok dsn't takes much time.. Phone is bit Laggy as comparison to other lava mobiles...
I have LaVa Iris N400 & Iris 501 as far I have been through they are the best phones among Iris series... bcOz i have used mostly all of them... Can't say about Iris 504Q It must a be also a great phone...

I have recently bought this mobile from flipkart but through one of my friend's account, that's why, no certified buyer tagging. The display of this mobile is good, music is average, headphone is fair. Call quality good. Touch is ok (don't expect like htc or samsung). Little slow. But manageable. Internal memory is low, but internet speed is good. Looks and feel is awesome. Battery back up is decent. No heating issue or hang issue. Camera in day light is simply awesome. Finally, at this price...

Mobile specifications are as stated by flipkart. Good product. Camera and sound not great but at this price features offered are pretty good. Fast delivery... Excellent service by flipkart...

Money waste

Please dont buy this Phone. It is very laggy and hangs quite often. Also i had a problem of damaged motherboard in first 6 months. Went to the repair centre and they denied to provide service saying that the model is not having any warranty. What does that mean? Lava has poor customer support.

it works really slow and has a very low capacity 90% of his memory is used in its system and another 10% in some damn apllications wich can''t be uninstalled THIS MOBILE IS TOTALLY BULLSHIT! NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS
