I am not satisfied with your service. First time i orderd for the mobile and i got the defective product and i processed for the return but company didn't process my request.

Could not believe a phone can be this hopeless. I have been a basic phone user for more than 5 years & know what to expect in a basic phone, but this phone is a total s***. (Purchased White colour)

Cons:
NO dictionary input in messages, crazy. Even a 800 bucks phone has this!!
NO Organizer / reminder etc
NO tools apart from calculator
White backlight on a white keypad!! How stupid, you just cannot see numbers or alphabets
Poor build quality, not even a justice to this price
Camera is a joke ...

The once sim slot not working. and the Sound quality of the product very bad.
it is very difficult to use this phone and speaker is not good.

possible to return back this mobile phone and return my amount.
