Law of averages is bound to strike the right chord once in a life time ;)

An unconventional must read masala love story. Every single page is totally worth it!
Adventurous roller coaster ride , full of hilarious twist n turns.
Story revolves around Ritwik ,an average guy who goes out of the way mollifying his eccentric prospective father-in-law. His sharp acumen and ardor to win the love of his life kept him going along his rough n tough pyar ki journey. Nonetheless, his law worked out turning him into a big shot from an otherwise loser at the end ...

      Humorous ride of adventure land

      3.5 stars
My take: The narrative tone in this book is jovial and humorous and relatively easy to understand as the Author paid special attention to the readers of Raj comics who are more attuned to Hindi language. I enjoyed the witty remarks and reference of the cartoon/comic characters throughout at the same time missed my old golden days with the comics. The author used his background in script writing for the comics industry very brillantly in creating a story which is hilarious, packed wi...

      Humourously Pleasant.

There is something unusual about this book, that it is packed with the exact amount of suspense, humour and drama, a rare combination with romantic tales these days. Every page is laugh-out-loud material. Emotions are well put putting aside the teardrops, if there is any. I found this book, a cool read and a value for money stuff.

The author's narration is very good, He has handled the plot nicely. The plus of this whole is the comedy & romance that are linked together simultaneously. The ab...

      Law of Averages

      Introduction:
Whatever has happened has happened for good, whatever is happening is also for good, and whatever will happen, will also happen for the good only. These are the words of sacred Bhagavad Gita and I am sure the wordings may change the language may differ but these are the principles of all the religions of this world. No I am not talking of any mythological novel, what I am talking is a story of a fiction based on the principle stated above. Yes this is an art of fiction but base...

      Boring and pathetic

I bought this novel after reading reviews. But its sad to say that the novel is pretty boring, the story is really weak and characters are pathetic. It is 'THE' worst novel I have read last year. I'd say stay away from this piece of crap, save your money. I couldn't get past first 50 pages. Don't let these reviews fool you, they are either bogus reviews by probably friends and family of author or paid for.

      Romantic comedy with twist

I used to read romantic novels when I was in college, same with movies also. But after i completed my study my taste changed and I moved to action and comedy movies and almost stopped reading novels.
But when I read 'Law of Averages' I am feeling I still like romantic novels. Additionaly there is lot of comedy with romance. So it is a great pleasure to read this novel.
It is fast paced and with very familiar situations.
And this novel tells what happens in comics industry also.
      You will find ...

      Defines the title

I really had a great time going through it. It a light masala story, and almost every chapter has a twist and surprise that keeps you interested in the book. Writing is simple and effective and i believe its the first Indian novel with a backdrop of comic book industry. Fans like me who have been an observer of Indian industry and have always been loyal to Rajcomics will get most of whats happening in the novel, some behind the scenes and interesting visualization of Rajcomic's workings. The ...
