I bought this toy phone for my 1 year old recently. On opening it I found that the volume is very very low. Its barely audible. The reason we bought this was because it looks like a real phone. It has a display which shows the numbers and a cute little dog. It is a good toy otherwise.

Excellent phone with good sound that doesn't irritate tiny ears .

Pros: good build quality, good colours and materials, sound volume is optimum, Display has backlit.

Cons:
1. Display is not so great. difficult for children to understand what's on the screen.
2. Too bulky and heavy - my 18m+ baby find it difficult to lift and keep in one hand. If it is dropped by the baby, there is chance that baby's leg may get injured (because of the weight).
