Depends on the tank size
It maintains the water clean and provides a slight flow on small aquariums. Definitely not good for a big one, because the pump is not that powerful to suck the fish waste from the bottom.
Sometimes it stops working and the impeller requires an external push to restart again.

Q:how to fix it on my aquarium
A:it is more suitable for planted aquarium. If you want to use it in a normal aquarium it doesn't filter like the normal one. you can add some filters along with this to use.
