We Lemurian Foods Preserve/develop products in "Home Grade" just like preparing food for our own family. To take utmost care to our products, We handle very small volumes. Some industries do the same in “Industrial Grade”. Since they are industries, instead of preserving dry fish, they manufacture dry fish just like a chemical compound by adding certain preservatives to unsold rotten fishes, some chemical powders to keep away from fungus formation, arresting the development of bugs and beetles. As a result, the look, smell of those products will remain the same even for years. Our products are perishable in nature. It will not last long, since we add only salt and turmeric as a preservative. Bugs and beetles will be developed if kept open. To avoid such things, consume it as earlier as possible, if not refrigerate it. But we prefer to consume it, to feel the actual taste and flavour. We assure, the colour and aroma of our products will change over a period if kept in open condition. And we are very sure that bugs/beetle will be developed if kept open for long time. If not, please send us back. Those products need to be analysed back in our laboratory. The rate of degradation of our products will not be the same throughout the year because of varied climatic conditions from place to place and from season to season. Sometimes it may take a long time to reach customers. If our products while arriving at our doorsteps are not up to your expectations, please send us back. Either we will refund you or send a different package. We leave it to your choice.
