Experience with Lenovo has been one of the worst I've ever come across.Pathetic after sales services,still trying to escalate the issue to get it resolved.So think before you spend your hard earned money and buy "headache" for yourself.Just considering technical specs on paper isn't enough.I made this mistake and suffering because of that..

laptop is lightweight and affordable in price range.slim and high performance like multi tasking,gaming,everyday use..it is having 6th generation i7 processor and made for multimedia,highspeed wifi,DDR4 ram and blacklit keyboard.8gb ram,full hd.

Product was good enough with I7 6th Gen processor and 4gb dedicated graphics card and 1 Intel graphics card.

why there is no exchange offer on this laptop?

it has 6th or 7th gen processor please clarify?
